Report and email states

Report generation and email delivery have separate states.

What to know

  1. Generating: wait. Ready or generated: the report exists. Failed: inspect the error before retrying.
  2. Not sent: no email has been sent. Queued: waiting to send.
  3. Sent automatically or manually: the sending workflow completed; inbox receipt is not confirmed.
  4. Failed delivery: inspect the error. Skipped: an expected delivery was not sent; check eligibility and settings.

Done when: You can identify the appropriate next action.
