Cannot sign in

Check the email, confirmation and password before creating another account.

Steps

  1. Choose Sign in and use the address you registered.
  2. If confirmation is pending, check spam and request another confirmation email after the countdown.
  3. Use Forgot password? for an existing account; request a fresh link if the old one expired.
  4. If access still fails, contact support with the exact error.

Done when: You can sign in or have a clear support request.
