Create a report from selected articles

Compare a set of articles you choose instead of waiting for an automatic briefing.

Steps

  1. Select 2–15 relevant articles in Feeds or Intelligence.
  2. Choose Synthesize selected and select a report template.
  3. Review any mixed-story warning. Use related coverage for one story, or continue with the mixed selection deliberately.
  4. Open the result, check its citations and export or share it if needed.

If you get stuck

A disabled synthesis button usually means fewer than two articles are selected or a report is already generating.

Done when: You have a report based on the selected articles.
