Pause or remove a watchlist

Pause stops monitoring without choosing permanent removal. Auto Briefings controls automatic reports separately.

Steps

  1. Open the watchlist’s actions and choose Pause watchlist or Resume watchlist.
  2. Turn Auto Briefings off if you want matches to continue without automatic reports or delivery.
  3. To remove a watchlist, read the deletion confirmation and keep any needed exports first.

Done when: You have changed the intended activity without losing material unexpectedly.
