What stays and what can disappear

Keep an export of material you must retain. Monitoring history and bookmarks are not a permanent archive guarantee.

Steps

  1. Check the available article text before relying on a saved copy; full publisher text may be unavailable.
  2. Unsaved feed articles are kept for a limited period. Default windows are 7 days for preview feeds, 30 days for ordinary feeds and 90 days for priority feeds; individual source settings can differ.
  3. Current briefing history is bounded to 500 ready reports. Old failed records and stalled generation records are also cleaned up.
  4. Export important material before removing watchlists, deleting reports or closing your account.

Saved material

Saved feed articles are excluded from ordinary age-based feed cleanup. This does not promise complete text or recovery after user deletion.

Removal

Removing a watchlist deletes its matched alerts but keeps previously preserved Intelligence material and followed sources. Deleting a note or permanently deleting a briefing cannot be undone.

Canvas and accounts

Deleting a canvas leaves underlying entities, relationships, notes and sources. Account deletion removes your login and owned Intelligence data.

Done when: Important material also exists in a checked copy outside the app.
