Close your account

Account deletion is permanent and ends remaining account access.

Steps

  1. Export the material you need and check the saved files.
  2. In Manage billing, cancel any active Pro subscription; deletion can proceed once cancellation is scheduled.
  3. If you own a workspace with other members, transfer ownership or remove members first.
  4. Open Account → Delete account, type your exact email and choose Delete my account.

If you get stuck

If deletion is blocked, follow the displayed ownership or billing instruction. Contact support if it remains blocked after the prerequisite is completed.

Done when: You have reviewed the consequences before confirming deletion.
